Terms of Membership

Chapter 1 General Rules

Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to establish the rights, obligations and responsibilities of AllLiting Plastic Surgery and the users regarding the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by AllLiting Plastic Surgery and other necessary matters.

Article 2 Effectiveness and modification of the conditions
(1) These terms and conditions are effective upon notification to the user.
(2) AllLiting Plastic Surgery may amend the Terms and Conditions in the event of a change in circumstances or for important business reasons, and the amended Terms and Conditions shall take effect in the same manner as the previous paragraph.

Article 3 Rules other than the Terms and Conditions
Where matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are governed by relevant laws and regulations, they shall be governed by such laws and regulations.

Chapter 2 Membership and Service Use

Article 1 Definition of Member
A Member is a general individual who is recognized by AllLiting Plastic Surgery as eligible for membership, who agrees to these Terms and Conditions, fills out the membership form of the Service, and is issued an “ID” and “Password”.

Article 2 Establishment of Service Subscription
(1) Subscription to the Service is established by acceptance of the User’s application for use of the Service by AllLiting Plastic Surgery and the User’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
(2) Applicants who wish to join as a member and use the Service shall provide personal identification information requested by AllLiting Plastic Surgery.
(3) If AllLiting Plastic Surgery approves the user’s application for membership, AllLiting Plastic Surgery will notify the user of the member ID and other information deemed necessary by AllLiting Plastic Surgery.
(4) The ID entered upon registration cannot be changed, and only one ID will be issued to one person.
(5) AllLiting Plastic Surgery will not accept any application for membership that falls under any of the following items
A. If the application is made in someone else’s name
B. If the application is not made under the user’s real name
C. If the contents of the application form are false
D. If the application is made for the purpose of disturbing the welfare and order of society or public morals and customs.

Article 3 Service Use and Restrictions
(1) The use of the Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical difficulties of the Company.
(2) The service usage time of the preceding paragraph may be limited after prior notice to the member if necessary by AllLiting Plastic Surgery, such as regular inspection of the system.
(3) Online consultation between the contents of the Service may not be available 24 hours a day depending on the personal circumstances of the responding specialist.

Article 4 Service usage fee
(1) The Service is available free of charge to all persons registered as members.
(2) If AllLiting Plastic Surgery charges a fee for the Service, the timing, policy and cost of the fee will be disclosed on the Service prior to the implementation of the fee.

Chapter 3 Service Withdrawal, Rejoining and Restriction of Use

Article 1 Withdrawal from the Service
(1) If a Member wishes to withdraw from the Service, the Member must apply for cancellation directly to the Operator by e-mail.
(2) If the Member provides the name, ID, phone number and reason for cancellation, the Operator will check whether it matches the subscription record and cancel the subscription.
(3) If you cannot log in with your existing ID and password, you have been canceled.

Article 2 Rejoining the Service
(1) If a User who has withdrawn from the Service pursuant to Article 1 wishes to rejoin the Service, the User may request to rejoin the Service by sending an e-mail directly to the Operator.
(2) When requesting to rejoin, please provide a name, ID and phone number that can be used to identify you, and the rejoining process will be processed.
(3) If you are logged in with your existing ID and password, you are re-registered.

Article 3 Restriction of use of the service
AllLiting Plastic Surgery may terminate the contract without notice or suspend the use of the service for a specified period of time if the member commits any of the following acts
A. Violation of public order and morality
B. Involvement in criminal activities
C. If you plan or carry out the use of the Service for the purpose of undermining national interest or social public interest
D. If you steal another person’s ID and password
e. Defame others or cause harm to others
b. Double registration by the same user with different IDs
e. Damage the Service or interfere with the proper use of the Service
A. In case of violation of other relevant laws and regulations or the terms of use established by AllLiting Plastic Surgery.

Chapter 4 Limitation of liability for services

Article 1 Online Consultation
(1) AllLiting Plastic Surgery tries its best to maintain security so that the consultation contents of the members or users of the service are not leaked to third parties except the consulting doctor and the service administrator. However, AllLiting Plastic Surgery shall not be liable for the disclosure or loss of consultation contents in the following cases
A. If your password is disclosed due to your negligence and the content of your consultation is disclosed.
B. The user deletes the consultation using the ‘Delete’ function.
C. If the consultation contents are disclosed or the consultation contents are lost due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the control of AllLiting Plastic Surgery.
(2) In order to provide a comprehensive and appropriate response to the consultation requested by the Member, the consultation contents and responses may be referred to by the attending physicians and specialists.
(3) The contents of the consultation conducted through the Service may be used for the following purposes after deletion of personal identifying information
A. Academic Activities
B. Authoring activities such as printed materials, CD-ROMs, etc.
C. Part of the service content such as FAQs and recommended consultations.
(4) The answers to the consultation are subjective answers based on the medical knowledge of each specialist and do not represent the opinion of AllLiting Plastic Surgery.
(5) The online consultation may not be provided in whole or in part in the following cases
A. If you repeatedly request the same consultation
B. If you request a consultation using expressions that violate common sense
C. If you request a consultation that requires a diagnosis name
d. If you ask for advice about treatment fees, test fees, drug prices, etc.

Article 2 Information Service
(1) The content provided in the Service is schematic and general and is provided for information purposes only. The information or advice provided in the Service is in no way a substitute for medical diagnosis. The information or advice provided on the Service is not intended to be a substitute for medical diagnosis, examination or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about your health, you should consult an actual specialist for diagnosis. Under no circumstances should you disregard a physician’s diagnosis or delay seeking a diagnosis, medical examination or treatment because of information provided in the Service.
(2) AllLiting Plastic Surgery does not recommend any specific tests, products or treatments mentioned in the Services. All opinions expressed in the Services are those of the consulting physicians. AllLiting Plastic Surgery is not responsible for the content of any documents or consultations provided on the Service.
(3) Acceptance of the information on the Service, the opinions of the doctors participating in the Service or other members or visitors using the Service is solely at your own discretion. Therefore, AllLiting Plastic Surgery shall not be liable for any damages, injuries or loss of profits.

Chapter 5 Obligations

Article 1 Obligations of the company
(1) AllLiting Plastic Surgery will make the Service available to the Member, unless there are special circumstances.
(2) AllLiting Plastic Surgery is obligated to provide the Service continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.
(3) AllLiting Plastic Surgery shall handle the opinions raised by the Members through appropriate procedures, and if it takes a certain period of time to process, the Member shall be informed of the reason and the processing schedule.

Article 2 Obligation to secure member information
(1) The Member is responsible for all management of the Member ID and password.
(2) The Member agrees to receive e-mails from the Service sent as part of the Service.
(3) In the event of unauthorized use of the Member ID, the Member must notify AllLiting Plastic Surgery.
(4) AllLiting Plastic Surgery will not sell or provide personally identifiable information to third parties not affiliated with AllLiting Plastic Surgery without the prior consent of the Member or User. However, AllLiting Plastic Surgery may use voluntarily registered information in the following cases
A. To provide developers with information necessary to develop new features, information and services useful to our members.
b. To provide advertisers with statistical (but never personally identifiable) information about our members and user groups.
c. To be used by the Company to deliver advertisements or services in accordance with the preferences of members and users.
(5) Personally identifiable information (such as user name, ID, email address, etc.) may be voluntarily disclosed in communication areas such as bulletin boards (the “Communication Areas”). In these cases, the information you disclose may be collected, linked and used by third parties, and you may receive unsolicited messages from them. Such actions by third parties are beyond the control of AllLiting Plastic Surgery, and therefore, AllLiting Plastic Surgery does not guarantee against the possibility of discovery of your information by means beyond the control of AllLiting Plastic Surgery.
(6) AllLiting Plastic Surgery may use cookie technology to facilitate your use of the Service. Cookies are small text files used by websites to recognize returning users and to facilitate their continued access and personalize their experience. In general, cookies work by giving you a unique number that has no meaning outside of the site that issued the cookie. Cookies do not enter your system and pose no risk to your files. AllLiting Plastic Surgery cannot prevent advertisers or related third parties on the Services from using cookies. If you or your family do not want information collected using cookies, you can control whether or not your web browser accepts cookies. However, the use of cookies may be necessary for the proper functioning of the Service (particularly personalized information).
(7) AllLiting Plastic Surgery may share your information within the Service or between the Company and its business partners.

Chapter 6 Dispute Resolution

(1) Disputes regarding all matters related to the use of the Service that arise except as provided in these Terms of Use shall be resolved by mutual agreement to the extent possible.
(2) If a dispute arising from the use of the Service is brought before a court, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered office shall be the competent court.

These Terms are effective as of June 1, 2022.
